ADAS IA1000
An automated ADAS calibration, wheel alignment and advanced diagnostic system. The IA1000 automates target positioning and frame adjustments to reduce setup time. Optical cameras and laser-assisted positioning support precise calibration procedures.
Features
Automated frame positioning
The IA1000 combines ADAS calibration, four-wheel alignment and diagnostics. Once the frame is placed within the indicated tolerance zone, the system automatically fine-tunes the target position.
- Robotic adjustment along the longitudinal, vertical and lateral axes.
- Control of pitch, rotation and target spacing.
- Automatic compensation for uneven floors.
Physical or digital targets
The frame supports physical LDW panels and 27-inch digital monitors. Automatic target display and brightness adjustment simplify preparation.
- Optical cameras for measurement and tracking.
- Laser-assisted positioning of BSD, ACC and AVM patterns.
- Target position validation before calibration starts.
Measurement and documentation
The workflow provides visual instructions from vehicle preparation to the final report. The MaxiSYS Ultra S2 platform links diagnostics with calibration procedures.
- Toe, camber, caster and additional alignment measurements.
- Target position records and diagnostic reports before and after the work.
- Equipment configurations for LDW calibration, other ADAS systems and wheel alignment.
